5.0 INFORMATION PROTECTION
Security Measures
We employ commercially reasonable physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to help protect the confidentiality and security of your Personal Information. However, because the internet is not a fully secure environment, we cannot guarantee the security of any data transmitted to or through our Site or services. There is a possibility that Personal Information may be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed despite our safeguards. Please note that emails and other communications you send to us—outside of secure channels such as secure chat—are not encrypted. Access and Requests
When you submit a privacy-related request, we will verify your identity by asking you to log in to your existing account, if applicable. If you do not have an account with us, we may request certain Personal Information (e.g., your email address, order numbers, equipment serial numbers, or the last four digits of a payment card).
